Rachelle francey

Rachelle Francey is the co-lead pastor, along with her husband, of Oceans Church in Orange County, CA. Together, they planted the church in 2018 after 15+ years in ministry. Rachelle is passionate about creating space for people to encounter God and has played a key role in the Baptize America Movement. She also hosts the ‘Collective Talk’ podcast focused on faith, leadership, and purpose.
